  12. Take 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  13. Prepare 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps to make Tuna and Pasta:
  1. Boil the pasta till done and drain. Save 2 cups of the pasta water. I usually of late spoon the pasta from one pot to the other one.
  2. Heat the butter and add the Tuna Pasta Spices and 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper. Mix well.
  3. When all the butter is melted and the spices are incorporated, add the pasta water a bit at the time. Stir well. Till thickened and creamy.
  4. Mix in the cheese. Stir constantly.
  5. When the cheese is blended in a bit add the pasta and tuna. Mix in well.

While penne is cooking, melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Pour heavy cream over tuna and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and cover with Parmesan cheese. This was a great time saver I got home and was in a hurry so I took some pasta and canned tuna out of my pantry and VOILA!!! I omitted the parsley (my husband doesn t like it) used garlic olive oil substituted the crushed tomatoes for tomato and herb concentrated sauce and the result was the best tuna spaghetty sauce EVER.
