- Now heat mustard oil in a kadai,add chopped onion into it and fry till golden.
- Then add garlic paste, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt into it and stir well.
- Now add green mango paste and sugar into it and mix well.Add mustard relish.
- Mix and cook it on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or till the masala starts leaving oil.
- Now add prawn pieces.Mix well and cook on low flame for 5-6,keep stirring in between.
- Remove the mixture from heat when the prawns pieces cooked completely.
- Add smashed potato into the mixture and mix well.Let it be cooled.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into medium sized round balls.
- Coat each balls in flour,dip it in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Deep fry the balls in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot.
