- Place plain yogart in medium small bowl.add half spoon tumeric mix well until nice color from the tumeric,evenly forms in the plain yogart.grate in pickled beet roots,..Then rince,drain chop then add in the corri… herb.mix in other spices combine

You can grate the beetroot in a food processor. I suggest that you wear disposable gloves whilst dealing with the beetroot to avoid staining your hands.
