- Boil,peel and mash the potatoes.Keep all ingredients ready.
- Heat oil in a pan.One by one crackle all the spices.Add ground nuts also and roast for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add mashed potatoes.And give a nice mix again for 2 minutes.Now squeeze lemon and add coriander.Mix well and remove from heat.Cool it and make batter for chop.
