- Wash and wipe green chillies. Cut the top portion of the green chillies to prevent it from bursting when dropped in hot oil.
- Dip the green chillies in the besan batter and coat it well. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry them till half done.
- Remove from oil and let it cool. Then cut into small round thick circles and deep fry them again till brown and crisp. Sprinkle coriander powder or chat masala on them and serve warm.
