To avoid freezer burn be sure to pack your chicken tightly with airtight heavy-duty foil, plastic wrap or freezer paper or putting it in a freezer bag. Make extra if you would like a little more on the side. Simply mix together one mashed avocado, chopped plum tomato, chopped red (or white) onion, lemon juice, and salt.
