Instructions to make Rainbow Cake:
- In a blender jar add sugar, oil,milk and vinegar blend it then add vanilla essence in the liquid mixture.
- Now take another bowl sieve plain flour add baking powder and soda mix it. Then gradually assemble it with wet mixture. Mix both wet and dry mixture with cut and fold method.
- Divide the batter in 4 equal parts. Now mix the food colors in 1 tbsp of water separately. I used green, red and yellow food colors. For pink shade i mixed little red powder in water.
- Grease the baking mould and spread butter paper or any plain paper. Now pour the mixture one by one in the mould.
- In a preheated oven bake it on 180° for 35 to 40 mins.
- Now make the sauce. Add all the above-mentioned ingredients in sauce pan and cook it on low flame untill the sauce thickened. Let it cool down in a fridge then spread on the cake. Decorate the cake with available decorating ingredients. I used sprinklers.
