  13. Now take 2nd layer of cake and spread 3-4 tbsp of rasmalai milk again spread whipped cream on it
  14. Now take 3rd layer of cake again spread rasmali milk on it and whipped cream layer
  15. Now cover the cake from all sides and top with whip cream
  16. Decorate the cake with rasmali on four corners and with rose petals
